Book on Sleeping

I got this book yesterday and read it in an hour! It has a lot of helpful tools in it and I hope we can get Josiah to sleep through the night soon. It says that the baby has to be on a four hour eating schedule before you can start it, so we are working our way there and then we will begin it!

This is what we have been dealing with while trying to change Josiah's diapers. He use to be so easy to change and now he just wants to roll, roll, roll! It is a little aggravating, but I had to laugh and grab my camera!
