1st Mother's Day!!

***Beware of a ton of pictures***
Mother's Day was better than I ever imagined!!!! I am so blessed to be Josiah's mom, he brings so much joy into our lives! I thank God everyday for him! I didn't celebrate just 1 day I had the whole weekend!
Saturday we got up early to take Josiah to the beach for the first time. Before we left Josh had a present for me! I had no clue what it was going to be. I opened it and it was a NIKON camera!!!! I was so excited, I have wanted one for years! So I charged up the battery and we headed to the beach. I didn't think Josiah was going to like the sand, but he didn't do too bad! He loved to watch the waves and I think he had a pretty good time! After we left the beach we met my mom and dad at a house that we wanted to buy. They loved it. We decided to go ahead and put an offer on the house. (we should find out today!) That evening Josh and I went to Sonny's BBQ and ate! Oh how I love that place! I could sit there and eat there garlic bread all night long!
On the way to the beach

Isn't this beautiful!! I am so sad that it might be ruined by the oil :(
In the car on the way home from the beach

Josh and I going out to dinner

Sunday we got up and Mom had made homemade cinnamon rolls! They were delish! We spent the whole day outside by the pool just relaxing not do ANYTHING!!! It felt so good just to hang out. I feel like ever since we moved home we have been on the go! We were going to go out for dinner, but we decided to just to cook. We had grilled chicken, homemade macaroni and cheese, homemade rolls and green beans! I am so lucky to have such an amazing mom! She is there for Josh, Josiah and I no matter what! She is SUPERWOMAN! I love her so much!

I am also so thankful for Josiah's birthmom! She was on my mind a lot yesterday. If it wasn't for God and her I wouldn't have been able to celebrate my first mother's day and I wouldn't have my beautiful son! I pray for her everyday and I hope that she is doing good! She will always have a special place in my heart. She is an amazing mom to love her child so much that she wanted him to have a better life than she could provide at that time.
You can't really tell in this picture...but Josiah is standing there all by himself! He can do it if he is playing with something, but as soon as he realizes he is standing there by himself he falls down. Josiah's playing in his pj's, getting ready for bed
I hope everyone had a great weekend and Mother's Day!
